I never thought I'd be where I am now.

Today is my birthday, a day that I become very reflective about where I started, where I am, and where I am going. If you asked me a year ago, did I expect to be where I am now, you would’ve received a real quick “NO.”
Being a DEI leader for different organizations, from the likes of Amazon to the last organization I supported, isn’t for the faint of heart.
Why do I say that?
