It’s been a long few months and I’ve missed getting to engage in community and conversation with all of you.

As I stepped away to recharge, reflect, and spend time in my community, I’ve also thought about this newsletter and how I want it to evolve. Keep reading to learn more about what’s changing, what’s staying the same, and how you can engage with all of it.

We’re Moving Newsletter Homes!

As I reflected on how I want to continue engaging with our wonderful community, I realized that it was time to pack up the boxes and move into a new home. I’m excited to share that as of the next newsletter, I will be publishing on Substack! There is nothing you need to do; I will be transferring over your contact information so you never miss one.

If you are a paid subscriber, your subscription will automatically transfer over as well.

Our first free edition on Substack will be published on Friday, October 17. I can’t wait to engage with all of you in new and refreshing ways.

Our Subscriber Model is Morphing

Change can be scary, exhilarating, and full of learning and community. For our paid subscriber community, I hope to keep that vibe going as this newsletter continues to grow.

The paid community was originally known as Community Leaders and moving from this platform to Substack creates space for that to change. Moving forward, our Community Leaders name will be retired, and will now be called Impact Circle. I’m excited to use the features and functionality of Substack to make this an engaging and dynamic space for all paid subscribers.

The price will stay the same for all paid subscribers ($100/year) and directly helps support the work I do. I thank you for your support and look forward to welcoming more of you to Impact Circle!

Community is Our Anchor

As we continue to grow and evolve, one thing will always stay the same: we are anchored in community and collective care. In a hyper-individualistic society that thrives off of isolation, I want this newsletter to be an engine to drive community engagement, micro and macro allyship, and ways we can tend to each other in these unprecedented times.

Sometimes, hard truths will be shared. Sometimes, softness is what is on deck. I am committed to making space for the wide range of topics, feelings, and curiosities we will explore together.
