Maintaining DEI Commitments in Today's World

We’re all very aware that diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives face unprecedented scrutiny in today’s hyper polarized political climate. It can be easy to get discouraged and lose hope. But as ever, I have hope. Because despite this, organizations and individuals committed to creating fair, equitable workplaces and communities are still finding ways to meaningfully continue this work.
