[Now Enrolling] Rising Leaders 2025
Join the Rising Leaders Program with an early bird discount of $300 off
It started with a vision
When I left my last organizational leadership role, the first goal I had for my new practice was to create a space for underrepresented women to feel like they were supported and could thrive.
I had requirements
Having participated in multiple leadership development programs, I often felt that many of these programs were designed with an individualistic mindset. It also felt like collectivist values were not welcome, something that is core to my beliefs and tended to center around predominantly white or Eurocentric values.
In other words, it didn’t work for me and many other women.
I was determined to create a new leadership program that would support, uplift, and connect underrepresented women. I wanted the definition of underrepresentation to expand beyond ethnicity and also welcome and consider:
Neurodivergent women
The LGBTQIA+ community
Women living with disabilities
Women who were first-gen Westerners, college grads, corporate employees, etc.
Different faiths
And any intersection of these identities above and beyond this list.
I also wanted to build a community in the process. This wasn’t going to be any regular leadership development program, where you form connections in a community and then get removed just as those connections solidify.
No, I wanted to create a soft landing space for underrepresented women to support, uplift, inspire, and amplify one another. One that wasn’t bound by the length of the program, and instead, created a network of women who could be each other’s advocates and thought partners.

I started building
I thought about all the unwritten rules and dynamics within organizations that hold underrepresented women back from advancing their careers. Many times, women are unaware or unfamiliar with these expectations, until we shine a light on them. Once that light shines, it’s hard to unsee, and these women can advance strategically, leveraging all the tools now at their disposal.
I decided to keep each cohort small, accepting no more than five women at a time. This allowed me to grow the community with intention and provide personalized support to every cohort and individual.
Then we launched
Since then, it has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in my career. We’ve created safe, authentic, abundance-minded cohorts, with the fourth one currently in flight.
We’ve built a Slack community where past and present cohort members support each other through the highs and lows of their careers and lives.
We celebrate each other every step of the way. This isn’t an ordinary leadership development program; it’s one for rising leaders.

Looking ahead
As a community, we can’t wait to welcome more like-minded women into this fold. Our 2025 schedule for the Rising Leaders is now finalized. To create more financial accessibility to the program, we’re offering $300 off the enrollment cost between now and the end of December.
You can apply this discount to enrollment in any of the cohorts listed below; just enroll by the end of this year. If you have any professional development or learning stipends from your organization, now is a great time to use them before they expire by the end of the year.
I encourage you to check out the Rising Leaders program page and decide if you want to pursue this journey and community.
